I’m a Los Angeles-based certified and dedicated birth & postpartum doula, committed to empowering families through pregnancy, childbirth, and beyond. I provide full-spectrum services, from pregnancy through postpartum adaptation, serving the San Fernando Valley & surrounding areas. I began my journey with a strong desire to help women from all walks of life. This passion gradually evolved into a keen interest in pregnancy and childbirth, sparking my aspiration to become a midwife. While currently pursuing my degree, I realized I couldn’t wait any longer to start supporting women during their pregnancies. Alongside my passion, I bring qualities like willingness, compassion, empathy, dedication, patience, understanding, and adaptability that I believe are crucial for helping women. So, I took action and became a certified birth and postpartum doula. Now, here we are—you’re looking for a doula, and I’m hoping we can work together and share the incredible journey to parenthood. I believe pregnancy and childbirth are the most precious gifts and miracles entrusted to women. While our bodies know how to give birth, they also rely on our mindfulness and awareness. That’s where I come in. Together, we’ll listen to your body, your desires, and your feelings, allowing them to guide us through the ups and downs of pregnancy and childbirth. What feels right for you is the right path for your journey. Together, we’ll overcome any obstacles that arise and make informative decisions that align with your vision for your birth.

From prenatal meetings to postpartum support, I am committed to providing you with comprehensive care that addresses your physical, emotional, and informational needs. I will be there to support you through every stage of your pregnancy and birth journey, offering guidance, encouragement, and reassurance along the way.

I have a wonderful support team of doulas that can be used as backup in case of need, ensuring you receive continuous support even in unforeseen circumstances.

The program

Initial Consultation

A complimentary meeting to get to know each other, discuss your needs, and determine if we're a good fit.

Prenatal visit

Two prenatal visits where we discuss your birth preferences, childbirth questions, comfort measures, breathing and pain coping techniques, and create a birth plan tailored to your needs. I offer unlimited support and empowerment through phone calls, texts, and emails.

Continuous Labor Support

I am on call 24/7 around your due date,offering a calming and reassuring presence providing continuous emotional, physical, and informational support during labor and delivery.

Postpartum visits

One Postpartum visit where I will offer support and guidance, ensuring your smooth transition into this new stage of parenthood by checking on your well-being and providing compassionate assistance and direction.
